Airia

Airia gives enterprise security and AI teams one control layer to find unapproved AI use, enforce runtime policies on agents, produce compliance evidence and build governed agents across models and data.

What is Airia?

Airia is an enterprise AI management platform focused on security and governance. Its pitch is that companies now run a mix of home-built agents, AI features switched on inside licensed software and personal AI subscriptions that staff connect to work systems, and that all of these need the same oversight. Airia aims to be the single control layer that finds them, applies policy while they run and records what happened. It is aimed at security leaders, compliance teams and AI transformation groups in larger organizations rather than individual users.

Key Features of Airia

AI discovery

Airia scans the environment, including identity and OAuth connections, to surface AI tools, models, agents and MCP servers that were never formally approved, and highlights which people and data are exposed.

Runtime enforcement

Policies are applied at the moment an agent tries to act, such as sending a message or running a query, so a risky step can be blocked before it happens instead of only being logged afterwards.

Governance and compliance evidence

The platform keeps an inventory of every agent, model and tool, adds risk classification and human approvals, and generates ongoing documentation aligned with frameworks like the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001.

Model and tool gateway

Requests can be routed through one governed gateway that only exposes vetted models and tools, which helps teams standardize on approved providers.

Agent building and orchestration

Technical and business users can design and launch agents connected to company data, with permissions and guardrails configured before anything reaches production.

Integrations

Airia connects to common enterprise systems, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Jira, Notion, Salesforce, Snowflake, Airtable, AWS and Google Cloud, so agents can work with existing data while staying inside the governance perimeter. Coding tools such as Claude Code are also listed among supported connections.

Airia Pricing

Airia does not publish prices on its main website; buyers are directed to request a demo. Its documentation names three license tiers and lists their default technical limits, which gives a sense of how the offer is structured:

Who Should Use Airia?

  • CISOs and security teams worried about shadow AI and data leakage.
  • Compliance and risk teams that must evidence AI controls to auditors or regulators.
  • AI platform teams that want a governed way to let business units build agents.
  • Organizations using several model vendors that need one policy layer across them.

Is Airia Worth It?

For an enterprise that is scaling agentic AI and needs both enforcement and audit trails, Airia covers a lot of ground in one product, from discovery through runtime control to compliance reporting. That breadth is its main appeal compared with stitching together separate security and orchestration tools. The downsides are the lack of transparent pricing and a sales-led buying process, which make quick evaluation harder, and the platform is clearly not designed for freelancers or small teams. Mid-size and large companies with real AI governance obligations should shortlist it and request a demo; smaller teams will be better served by lighter tools.
