Blotato
Blotato creates AI posts, carousels, infographics and videos and publishes them to nine social networks through one app, API and MCP server, so ChatGPT, Claude or n8n workflows can run social media for creators and agencies.

What is Blotato?
Blotato is a social media automation platform that combines an AI content studio with a single publishing API. Inside the web app you can generate posts and visuals, then schedule them across nine networks. The same functions are exposed through a REST API and a hosted MCP server, which means assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Codex, or workflow tools like n8n and Make, can create and publish content without someone copying text between tabs.
It is built for solo creators, small marketing teams and agencies who post often and want much of that work automated.
Key Features of Blotato
One publishing call for nine networks
A single request can send a post to X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky and Pinterest. You can post immediately, at a set time, or into the next free slot in a recurring schedule.
AI visuals and video
Templates produce whiteboard-style infographics, tutorial carousels, image slideshows, quote and tweet cards, and AI-avatar videos with generated B-roll. These outputs draw on monthly AI credits.
Content from existing sources
Blotato can take a YouTube or TikTok link, an X post, an article, a PDF, an audio file or a research query and turn it into a draft post, which is useful for repurposing long material.
Comments, DMs and automations
Agents can read and answer comments and conversations. On Instagram and Facebook you can set keyword triggers, for example sending a link by DM when someone comments a chosen word.
Analytics
Top posts and per-post metrics can be pulled for eight networks so an agent can see what performed. LinkedIn is the exception.
Limits worth knowing
The API allows up to 1,800 requests per hour, Starter covers up to 900 TikTok posts a month, and the active-contact allowance counts people reached through DMs and comment replies each month.
Blotato Pricing
Every plan comes with a seven-day trial, which includes the web app and 60 AI credits but not the API or MCP server. Blotato notes that yearly billing works out to about 17% less (pay for ten months, get twelve) and is switched on through the billing portal.
Prices checked on October 27, 2026; check the official pricing page for current plans.
Who Should Use Blotato?
- Creators who want one video or article turned into posts for every platform
- Builders wiring social posting into AI agents or n8n and Make workflows
- Agencies managing many client accounts at a flat monthly price
- Marketers running comment-to-DM funnels on Meta platforms
Is Blotato Worth It?
Blotato makes the most sense if you either post across many networks or want an AI agent to handle social media for you, because the API and MCP access removes a lot of integration work. Unlimited writing and the absence of per-post fees keep costs predictable. The limits to weigh are the card-required trial, the fact that API access starts billing straight away, and the AI credit caps for image and video generation. Occasional posters who only use one or two networks may find a basic scheduler cheaper.
