What is Fyxer?
Fyxer is an AI work assistant that connects to your email, calendar, meetings and team chat. It learns who matters to you and how you write, then sorts your inbox, drafts replies in your tone, records meetings and keeps a running list of follow-ups so nothing slips.
The newer version extends this to teams with shared "Spaces" for each client or project. It is aimed at founders, salespeople, account managers, agencies and other client-facing professionals who live in Gmail or Outlook and juggle many conversations.

Inbox sorting and drafted replies
Fyxer labels incoming email automatically and prepares draft replies written in your style, so you review and send rather than starting from a blank message.
Meeting notes and recording
It records meetings on Zoom, Teams or Google Meet and captures notes and the commitments made, feeding them into your follow-up list.
Briefings and follow-ups
A daily briefing summarises priorities, and a follow-up list updates as new messages arrive. On Team plans, follow-ups can be assigned to owners and cleared for everyone.
Spaces for clients and projects
Spaces group emails, meetings and notes around a client or project and can be shared with colleagues or with viewers who sign in for free.
Flows
Flows are automated routines, such as generating an agenda an hour before each meeting and sharing it with attendees.
Integrations and MCP
Fyxer works with Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Teams, Google and Outlook calendars and HubSpot. Team and Enterprise plans can expose your context to Claude, ChatGPT and other tools via MCP.
Fyxer Pricing
Fyxer has a free plan and paid per-seat plans, with annual billing up to 35% cheaper than monthly. New sign-ups get a 14-day trial; the FAQ says it starts on the Team plan and moves to Free afterwards unless you pay. Paid plans currently include unlimited credits for the first three months as a launch offer. Credits are consumed by actions such as recording minutes, chat messages and inbox sorting.

It is not cheap at scale, though: per-seat pricing adds up for teams, monthly billing costs noticeably more, and the credit system means heavy recording or chat use needs monitoring once the launch offer ends. You also need to grant access to your email and calendar, so review its security page and your company's policies first.
