Kalent
Kalent gives recruitment agencies AI agents that find and rank candidates from about 200 million profiles, enrich contact details, spot hiring companies and draft outreach for approval.

What is Kalent?
Kalent is an AI recruiting platform built around two agents. A sourcing agent searches a database of around 200 million candidate profiles across Europe and the US from a plain-language job description, ranks the best matches and summarizes each one, and a business development agent looks for companies that are hiring in your niche so you can pitch them. Kalent is a French company and says it is GDPR compliant and SOC 2 Type 2 audited.
It is designed for recruitment agencies, IT consultancies and staffing firms, and also offers a white-label sourcing API for ATS and HR software vendors.
Key Features of Kalent
AI sourcing agent
Describe the role the way you would to a colleague, and the agent returns ranked candidates with a match percentage and an AI-written profile summary.
Contact data enrichment
Kalent reports about 70% mobile number coverage and around 60% personal email coverage, so shortlisted candidates can actually be reached.
Business development agent
The agent spots companies with open roles in your specialty, identifies decision makers and drafts outreach for you to approve before sending.
Multichannel outreach with approval
Messages are drafted for LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and SMS, and nothing goes out until a recruiter approves it.
ATS integrations, API and MCP
Profiles push to more than 50 applicant tracking systems, including Teamtailor, Workday and Ashby. Vendors can embed the agent via API, and an MCP connector lets you use Kalent inside Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor.
Kalent Pricing
Kalent runs on quoted annual licenses rather than public list prices. Usage is measured in sourcing credits (one qualified profile) and contact credits (one phone number, email or SMS), and extra volume can be topped up during the year.
Prices checked on October 28, 2026; check the official pricing page for current plans.
Who Should Use Kalent?
A typical workflow runs from describing the role, to reviewing the ranked shortlist, to approving drafted messages, with interviews landing on the recruiter's calendar once candidates respond.
Kalent is a fit for agency recruiters filling hard-to-find technical or healthcare roles, staffing firms that want to win new client mandates, and IT consultancies building bench capacity. HR tech vendors looking to add AI sourcing to their own product can use the white-label API.
Is Kalent Worth It?
Kalent's appeal is that it pairs candidate search with reachable contact details and outreach drafting, which removes much of the manual work between finding a profile and starting a conversation. The human approval step is a sensible safeguard. Drawbacks are the lack of published prices, the focus on Europe and the US, and the extra cost of add-on channels like LinkedIn and email on the standard license. Agencies should also make sure their own outreach practices meet local data protection rules, even though candidates can opt out of the database. Since the free trial needs no credit card, agencies can test it on a live role before talking to sales.
