Krisp
Krisp removes background noise from calls and adds a bot-free AI note-taker, transcription and accent conversion for remote workers, teams and call centres.

What is Krisp?
Krisp is a voice AI platform best known for removing background noise from calls. Its meeting product now combines that noise cancellation with a bot-free AI note-taker, recording, transcription, summaries and real-time accent conversion. Separate offerings serve call centres, with translation, agent assist and voice security, and developers, through voice models and APIs.
Because Krisp works at the audio level on your device, it can be used with practically any calling app, including Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Slack Huddles.
Key Features of Krisp
AI Noise Cancellation
Krisp filters out background noise, echo and other voices on your side of the call, and can also clean up noise coming from other participants.
Bot-Free AI Note-Taker
Meetings are transcribed and recorded without a visible bot joining the call. Afterwards you get notes, summaries and action items, with a bot option available for those who prefer it.
Accent Conversion
Real-time accent conversion can soften the speaker's accent, or the accent you hear, for clearer communication. Daily limits depend on the plan.
Multilingual Transcripts
English transcription can run on-device, and server-based transcription supports 15 further languages, with custom vocabulary for names and industry terms.
Integrations and AI Chat
Notes and action items can be pushed to tools such as Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce and Zapier, and an AI chat lets you ask questions about your meetings.
Mobile and In-Person Meetings
A mobile app records and transcribes in-person conversations, including offline, while a Chrome extension covers browser-based calls.
Krisp Pricing
The meeting product starts with a seven-day free trial with no card required. Paid plans are billed per user, and annual billing halves the monthly price. Call-centre and developer products are priced separately.
Prices checked on October 28, 2026; check the official pricing page for current plans.
The CC Advanced call-centre tier is quoted through sales, and developer plans are by application.
Who Should Use Krisp?
- Remote workers who take calls in noisy homes, cafés or shared offices.
- Sales and customer teams that want meeting notes synced to a CRM.
- Global teams who benefit from accent conversion and multilingual transcripts.
- Call centres needing noise cancellation and agent support at scale.
- Developers building voice agents that need voice isolation and turn-taking.
Is Krisp Worth It?
Krisp's noise cancellation remains its core strength, and folding a bot-free note-taker into the same app makes it a practical everyday tool for anyone who spends much of the day on calls. Working with any conferencing app and offering on-device English transcription are real advantages for privacy-conscious users.
On the downside, there is no longer a permanent free tier listed for meetings, only a seven-day trial, and accent conversion is capped on lower plans. The mobile app does not yet include noise cancellation, and products for meetings, call centres and developers are installed and bought separately. For individuals and teams who want cleaner audio plus automatic notes, the annual Core plan is a reasonable entry point.
