Prezi
Prezi turns imported slides or a short topic description into interactive presentations with live polls, quizzes and Q&A, plus AI-generated review material for trainers, teachers and teams.

What is Prezi?
Prezi is a presentation platform that now focuses on what happens before, during and after a session. You can bring an existing deck or describe your topic in a sentence and let Prezi AI build the presentation, then run live audience activities and share a link that turns the material into review content afterwards.
Made by Prezi Inc., it is designed for trainers, teachers, professors and business teams who need people to engage with and remember the material. Prezi says it is a G2 leader in the AI Presentation Tools, Presentation Software and Audience Response categories.
Key Features of Prezi
Two ways to start
Import slides from PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva or a PDF, or type a short description of your subject and Prezi AI drafts the presentation for you to shape.
Live audience activities
Polls, quizzes, Q&A and word clouds are planned in advance and opened as you reach them. Participants scan one QR code and take part from their phones with no app or account, whether they are in the room or on a call.
Question moderation
The audience can upvote questions so the most requested ones rise to the top, while a moderation queue keeps the presenter in control.
Material that keeps working after the session
A single share link lets people revisit the content as the interactive presentation, a video, a podcast or a transcript, and practise with flashcards and self-tests generated from what was presented.
Results and feedback
Quiz and poll responses appear question by question, and end-of-session ratings and comments are summarised, so you can see which ideas need another explanation. Training teams can export to an LMS via SCORM.
Brand consistency
Add your logo and colours once and they carry through everything you create, which keeps decks from different team members looking consistent. Newer formats such as videos and infographics are also available on the same platform.
Prezi Pricing
Prezi offers a 14-day free trial, and the homepage says you can start free without a credit card. The pricing page has tabs for Basic, Individual, Students & Educators and Business; the Individual plans below are billed annually.
Prices checked on October 27, 2026; check the official pricing page for current plans.
Who Should Use Prezi?
- Corporate trainers running onboarding that people need to complete.
- Teachers who want quick polls and quizzes during lessons.
- Professors managing large lecture halls who want to see which concepts landed.
- Webinar and workshop hosts with mixed in-person and remote audiences.
- Teams that want a single link participants can return to after a session.
Is Prezi Worth It?
Prezi stands out when engagement and retention matter more than slide design alone. Having AI creation, live interaction and AI-generated follow-up material in one place removes the need for separate polling and quiz tools, and the import options mean you do not have to rebuild existing decks.
The tiering is the main thing to check. Standard limits AI to 500 credits and leaves out PDF export, recording and presenter view, while analytics require Premium. For occasional presenters a simpler tool may be enough, but educators and trainers who run frequent interactive sessions will get the most value from Plus or Premium. Use the 14-day trial to run a real session first.
