What is Quickchat AI?

Quickchat AI is a platform for building AI agents that handle customer support, sales and ecommerce conversations. You train an agent on your own knowledge base, give it a personality and tone, and deploy it on your website or in messaging apps and helpdesks. The agent answers questions, performs actions through connected tools, gathers leads and hands conversations to a human when needed.

It suits small businesses and online stores that want round-the-clock support, as well as larger companies looking for an alternative to helpdesk AI add-ons. A free plan covers personal, non-commercial projects.

Key Features of Quickchat AI

Knowledge Base from Many Sources

Agents learn from plain text, websites, uploaded files, Intercom articles, YouTube videos and Shopify via MCP. Paid plans can re-scrape website pages automatically when they change, keeping answers current.

AI Actions

Every plan allows unlimited AI Actions, which let the agent call external tools during a conversation, for example to book a meeting or check an order, rather than only replying with text.

Omnichannel Deployment

Deploy a customisable chat widget, embed or full chat page on your site, or connect the agent to WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, Slack, Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot, Shopify, WordPress and Drupal.

Human Handoff and Lead Capture

Rules can transfer chats to human agents during defined working hours, and smart data gathering collects contact details and other information during the conversation.

Conversation Analytics

Quickchat tags each conversation with sentiment, topic and outcome (resolved, unresolved or small talk), tracks link clicks and collects CSAT ratings, so you can see where the agent needs better content.

Model Choice and MCP Management

Paid plans can choose more advanced GPT models for complex instructions. Agents can also be managed from Claude or ChatGPT through the Quickchat MCP server.

Quickchat AI Pricing

Quickchat publishes all of its prices. Self-serve plans are based on monthly AI credits: each AI message uses 1, 2 or 4 credits depending on the model selected. Annual billing works out to roughly two months free (about 17% off). Enterprise customers instead pay per resolved conversation.

Prices checked on October 28, 2026; check the official pricing page for current plans.

Who Should Use Quickchat AI?

  • Ecommerce stores that want instant answers about products, orders and shipping.
  • SaaS companies automating first-line support from their documentation.
  • Sales teams capturing and qualifying leads on their website.
  • Businesses serving customers on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger.
  • Larger support teams seeking per-resolution pricing.

Is Quickchat AI Worth It?

Quickchat AI stands out for transparent pricing, a broad list of integrations and features such as unlimited AI Actions and human handoff that are available on every plan. Low entry tiers make it easy to start small, and per-resolution enterprise pricing can be easier to justify than flat seat fees.

There are limits to note. The free plan is for non-commercial use only, and its 50 credits disappear quickly. Advanced models use more credits per message, so heavy traffic on premium models may push you into higher tiers. API access and conversation export are only in the $999 Business plan, removing Quickchat branding requires Professional, and ISO and SOC 2 certifications were still listed as in progress. For businesses that want a capable support agent without a long sales process, it is a solid choice to trial.
