What is SellerForge?

SellerForge is an AI-driven account management platform for Amazon private-label sellers. Instead of handing your store to an agency, you connect Seller Central and Amazon Ads through Amazon's official authorization, and the software reviews sales, fees, inventory, campaigns and account-health signals. Each issue it finds is expressed as a dollar amount with a suggested fix that you can preview before anything changes.

The company is led by founder David Gallo, who says he has personally managed dozens of Amazon accounts. The product is aimed at sellers who want agency-level analysis without a monthly retainer, and at agencies that run multiple client accounts from one login.

Key Features of SellerForge

Profit and Reimbursement Tracking

A per-ASIN profit view subtracts Amazon fees, advertising, returns and VAT so you see real margin rather than revenue. The platform also flags lost, damaged or overcharged inventory that may qualify for an FBA reimbursement, and SellerForge takes no commission on what you recover.

PPC Waste Detection

Campaigns, targets, search terms and placements are pulled from the Amazon Ads API every day. Search terms that spend without producing orders are totalled in dollars, and SellerForge can stage negative keywords, bid changes or dayparting adjustments for you to approve.

Listing Audit and Builder

The listing suite scores existing product pages, drafts new titles and bullets from your keyword data, prepares image and A+ content briefs, and turns recurring review themes into suggested copy changes. Monthly run limits depend on your plan.

Account Health and POA Builder

Health metrics such as order defect rate and late shipments are surfaced in one place. If you need a Plan of Action, the POA builder drafts one using invoices, supplier agreements and SOPs you store in the private Document Vault.

SellerSmith Assistant and MCP Connector

SellerSmith is a chat assistant that answers plain-English questions about the connected account and shows the records behind each answer. SellerForge also offers a read-only MCP connector so you can query your data from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Claude Code.

Controlled Automation

Data access is read-only unless you authorize actions. You then choose Monitor only, Ask me before acting, or, on Pro and Agency, Auto within limits. Higher-risk changes always need approval, and changes are logged with rollback where eligible.

SellerForge Pricing

SellerForge uses flat subscription pricing with a 7-day free trial that does not require a card. Annual billing gives roughly two months free. The plans listed on the pricing page are:

Extra seats on Pro cost $15 per seat per month, and the Forge Companion Chrome extension is sold separately for $5/month to non-subscribers.

Prices checked on 2026-10-27; check the official pricing page for current plans.

SellerForge Coupon Code

Two partner codes are currently listed for SellerForge:

  • AFFINCO – $99 USD off on the first payment.

To use a code, start your trial or choose a plan on the official SellerForge pricing page and enter the code at checkout before confirming payment. Check that the discount appears in the order total. Partner codes are set by the vendor and can change or be withdrawn at any time.

Who Should Use SellerForge?

  • Private-label Amazon sellers who want agency-style analysis at a fixed monthly price.
  • Brands spending heavily on Sponsored Products that need to find and cut wasted spend.
  • Sellers dealing with account-health warnings who need help preparing a Plan of Action.
  • Small teams that want profit, ads, listings and forecasting in one shared workspace.
  • Agencies looking after several client seller accounts with separate data per client.

Is SellerForge Worth It?

SellerForge makes a clear case for Amazon sellers who are paying for several separate tools or an agency. Expressing every finding in dollars, keeping access read-only by default and letting you pick how much automation to allow are practical choices that reduce risk. The trial lets you connect an account and see what it finds before paying.

There are limits to weigh. It only works with Amazon, many of the most useful modules such as forecasting and advanced advertising start on Growth, and full automation is reserved for the higher tiers. Reimbursements are detected rather than filed for you, and complex legal or brand-strategy work still needs a human specialist. For a single-brand seller with meaningful ad spend, the Growth plan is likely the realistic starting point.
