SleekFlow
SleekFlow combines a unified inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, SMS, email and calls with AI agents that sell, support and analyse conversations for B2C brands.

What is SleekFlow?
SleekFlow is an AI-powered omnichannel messaging platform that helps consumer-facing businesses sell and support customers through chat. It brings WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, SMS, email and calls into one shared inbox, then adds AI agents that answer questions, recommend products, book appointments and qualify leads around the clock. Its newer AgentFlow suite positions these agents as a digital go-to-market workforce.
The platform is built for B2C brands such as retailers, e-commerce stores and appointment-based service businesses, particularly in markets where WhatsApp is a primary sales channel. SleekFlow is an official WhatsApp Business Solution Provider and says more than 7,000 businesses use it.
Key Features of SleekFlow
AgentFlow AI agents
You train agents on your website and business data, connect them to Shopify, CRMs or internal systems without code, and let them handle sales and support conversations. Performance tracking and suggested improvements help refine answers over time.
Unified omnichannel inbox
Every conversation lands in one inbox linked to a contact profile showing lifecycle stage, purchase history and owner, with web and mobile access and multi-user login on a single WhatsApp number.
WhatsApp broadcasts and commerce
Businesses can send verified bulk campaigns, interactive messages with carousels and buttons, in-chat forms via WhatsApp Flow, product catalogs and payment links.
Automation Flow Builder
A no-code builder automates reminders, shipping updates, lead routing and retention campaigns such as restock or birthday offers.
Data analyst agent and CX Intelligence
AI analyses conversations for buying drivers, hot topics and team performance, and the CX Intelligence add-on scores conversations for satisfaction without surveys.
Integrations
Connectors include HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, Zoho, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, Stripe payment links and TikTok forms, depending on plan.
SleekFlow Pricing
SleekFlow prices plans by user seats and monthly active contacts, meaning contacts who exchange messages with you in a given month. The prices below are shown with yearly billing, which saves up to 20 percent compared with monthly billing. A free trial is available without a credit card. Channel costs are charged separately: WhatsApp number hosting is US$15 per month plus per-conversation rates, and SMS and VoIP numbers cost US$1 per month each. CX Intelligence starts at US$99, and dedicated onboarding costs US$999 one-time (included with Premium).

Who Should Use SleekFlow?
- E-commerce and retail brands selling through WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Service businesses that book appointments through chat.
- Sales teams that need leads captured and qualified across several messaging apps.
- Support teams that want AI to resolve routine questions and escalate the rest.
- Marketers running broadcast and retention campaigns on messaging channels.
Is SleekFlow Worth It?
SleekFlow is a strong option for brands whose customers prefer messaging apps over email. Combining an omnichannel inbox, WhatsApp commerce tools, automation and AI agents in one place removes a lot of integration work, and the contact-based billing only counts two-way conversations.
Costs need careful planning, though. AI agents start on the Pro plan rather than Essential, WhatsApp and SMS messages carry their own usage fees, and extra seats and contacts are billed as add-ons. Essential is not yet available in every country. Smaller teams that only need a simple chat inbox may find it more than they require. For growing B2C businesses that want AI to sell and support customers on WhatsApp and social channels, it is worth a trial.
