Vectorizer.AI
Vectorizer.AI converts PNG, JPG and other bitmaps into clean SVG, PDF, EPS and DXF vectors using AI shape fitting, for designers, makers, print shops and developers.

What is Vectorizer.AI?
Vectorizer.AI is an online tool that converts bitmap images such as PNG, JPG, GIF, BMP and WebP into clean, scalable vector files. Instead of simply tracing pixel edges, it uses its own deep learning networks combined with classical geometry algorithms to rebuild the shapes an image was drawn with, producing smoother curves and far fewer anchor points than typical auto-tracers. Output formats are SVG, PDF, EPS and DXF, plus a cleaned-up PNG.
It is used by designers restoring logos, print and merch shops preparing cut files, laser and CNC hobbyists, and developers who need vectorisation inside their own apps.
Key Features of Vectorizer.AI
Whole-shape fitting
Circles, ellipses, rounded rectangles and stars are recognised and fitted as real geometric shapes, alongside lines, arcs and Bezier curves, which keeps outlines accurate and easy to edit.
Clean corners and fewer nodes
Corners are modelled explicitly and curves are smoothed, so the result needs much less manual tidy-up in Illustrator, Inkscape or similar editors.
Vector Graph for seamless colours
Neighbouring shapes share exact boundaries, so colour regions meet without thin gaps or overlaps, a frequent problem with ordinary tracers.
Free interactive preview
You can upload, vectorise and inspect results, zoom in, compare with the original and adjust the palette before paying anything.
Export presets for cutting and engraving
Download options control file format version and curve types, and a cutting and engraving preset outputs thin stroke outlines suitable for tools such as LightBurn.
REST API
The API offers official SDKs, a command-line client and an OpenAPI specification, and integration testing is free without a subscription.
Vectorizer.AI Pricing
There is one flat subscription for people using the web app and a range of credit-based API plans for software, where one credit equals one image. Watermarked API previews cost 0.2 credits. Prices are also available in euros.
Prices checked on October 28, 2026; check the official pricing page for current plans.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, remaining API credits are lost on cancellation, and there is no academic or non-profit discount.
Who Should Use Vectorizer.AI?
- Designers rebuilding low-resolution logos and brand assets as master vector files.
- Cricut, vinyl and screen-printing makers who need multi-colour SVG cut files.
- Laser, CNC and engraving users exporting DXF or SVG paths.
- Artists turning AI-generated images or scanned sketches into editable vectors.
- Developers adding image-to-vector conversion to an app or print pipeline.
Is Vectorizer.AI Worth It?
For anyone who vectorises images regularly, the $9.99 monthly web plan is good value, especially as you can check the full-quality preview before subscribing. The shape-aware output is a real step up from basic trace functions for logos, icons and flat illustrations.
There is no free download tier, so occasional users must pay for at least a month. Highly photographic images and complex gradients will still produce large, busy vector files, as with any tracer. API plans are priced per image and can become expensive at scale, although rollover credits soften usage spikes. Overall, it is one of the most practical options for clean, production-ready vectors.
